AmeriBuy Realty is a full service Real Estate company at a Flat Fee price.
AmeriBuy is the lowest priced flat fee Broker representing Buyers ONLY.
BUYERS PAY US NOTHING!
AmeriBuy receives $4,995 at the close of a transaction and REBATES the difference of the commission due the Buyers agent paid by the Seller back to you the next day after the closing in CASH.
In a typical Real Estate transaction the Seller agrees to a 6% commission when their house is sold. Generally, that commission is split 50/50, or 3% to the Sellers Realtor and 3% to the Realtor representing the Buyer, (YOUR Realtor).As and example, if you purchase a $800,000 property and the Seller is paying a 6% commission, then the Sellers agent receives 3% and the Buyers agent receives 3%. And 3% of $800,000 is $24,000. With AmeriBuy the day after the transaction closes you will receive $19,005 in cash wired to your bank account or we will mail a check to you at your option.(if you would like to see a comparison, click on "Example" at the top of the "Home" page).
This cash is yours. It never has to be repaid. You may use it to pay any closing costs, for new landscaping, furniture, drapes, carpeting etc at your new house, put it in the bank and spend it later and just watch it grow. IT’S YOUR MONEY!
AmeriBuy provides you virtually all and every service and protection as any other Real Estate firm in California including but not limited to:
- Advice and assistance prior to, and for the submission of, a written offer to Sellers agent to purchase a property
- Marketing analysis to validate the price being offered
- Scheduling a visit to a property with the listing Agent
- Completion of a Standard California Real Estate offer form
- Review of your offer form by both an experienced Real Estate agent who has represented Buyers for years and review by management for correctness.

Exclusive and specific Agent representation with an AmeriBuy Licensed Real Estate Agent all during the offer process and through the close of escrow.

Ordering and scheduling of Home Inspections on the Buyer's behalf
- Referral to a qualified Lender with superior rates and terms for AmeriBuy Buyers
- Explanation of all Disclosure forms from Seller
- Communication and assistance with the Buyers Lender and Escrow companies
- Continual communication with a specific AmeriBuy Agent through the closing
What doesn’t AmeriBuy Realty do?
We do not drive you around in our car or meet you at the property to view homes while you are locating the property you wish to make an offer on.
AmeriBuy Realty is for the following:
AmeriBuy Realty is for the Buyer who is doing their own research on the internet at Realtor.com, IHOmes.com or one of a dozen other sites available to Buyers that list virtually every house for sale in Southern California and all the amenities of the property … OR
AmeriBuy is for the Buyer that has selected an area or areas in which they wish to purchase a house and drives through that area to see what houses are for sale and then calls to visit those houses that interest them … OR
AmeriBuy is for that Buyer that prefers to visit and search for a house to purchase WITHOUT the interference of a Realtor UNTIL it is time to make an offer and then wants all the SERVICE and PROTECTION available and necessary for this important transaction …
BUT
With AmeriBuy the Buyer receives a check for $10,000, $20,0000, $40,000 as much as $50,000 in CASH at the close of the transaction to pay for closing costs, new furniture, carpet painting etc. or just put the cash in the bank.
AmeriBuy is NOT for everyone
AmeriBuy is NOT for the Buyer who feels they need a Realtor to drive them to houses or meet them at a property and stand around while the Buyer walks through the property to see if they like it.
AmeriBuy Realty is NOT for the Buyer who needs a Realtor to meet them at a property they have decided to make an offer on so the Realtor can agree with the decision of the Buyer that this property fits their criteria. AmeriBuy feels only the Buyer can make that decision.
AmeriBuy Realty is NOT for the Buyer that feels they need a Realtor to validate their decision to purchase a property. If the house fits you and you like it you should buy it, we do not have to live in it or pay for it so we do not feel what we think of the property matters.
AmeriBuy is NOT for the Buyer who feels that scheduling, driving and visiting houses with a Realtor is well worth the $20,000 or so that AmeriBuy will rebate in cash to the Buyer for our not visiting the property.
BUT, AmeriBuy Realty just may be exactly what you need and were pretty sure the extra $20,000 or so is worth not meeting you at houses for you to visit. If you think that is worth $20,000 then by all means go ahead and pay that amount to your Realtor. That is exactly what you are paying them for because they do NOT do anything for you beyond what AmeriBuy Realty will do EXCEPT go with you when you visit a house.
Other than this AmeriBuy Realty will provide you every other SERVICE and PROTECTION as any other Real Estate firm in the State of California
AND give you a check for $10,000, $20,000, $50,000 or more at the close!!! OR It’s your money you can give it to anyone you like … even the Realtor
