Rebate amount is determined by the amount of Buyer’s agent commission,
paid by the Seller, and the purchase price of the house.

Following Rebate Schedule with a 3% Buyer’s Agent Commission:

If Purchase price of your next house is $500,000 your Rebate will be $10,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $600,000 your Rebate will be $13,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $700,000 your Rebate will be $16,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $800,000 your Rebate will be $19,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $900,000 your Rebate will be $22,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $1,000,000 your Rebate will be $25,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $1,100,000 your Rebate will be $28,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $1,200,000 your Rebate will be $31,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $1,300,000 your Rebate will be $34,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $1,400,000 your Rebate will be $37,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $1,500,000 your Rebate will be $40,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $1,600,000 your Rebate will be $43,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $1,700,000 your Rebate will be $46,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $1,800,000 your Rebate will be $49,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $1,900,000 your Rebate will be $52,005

If Purchase price of your next house is $2,000,000 your Rebate will be $55,005

The same formula will apply to home purchases above $2,000,000

We can inform you as to the exact Buyer’s Agent commission on any property you wish by calling our office. The most common Buyer’s Agent commission rates are 3% and 2.5%. However, we have started to see a few 3.5% and even a 4% from time to time on certain properties. Recently properties have been listed on the MLS with a 5% and even a 6% commission to the Buyer’s agent of which all that amount, less $4,995, is rebated to YOU, the Buyer.
